TANKA DOKUM was established in Mevlevihanekapi, Istanbul in 1948 by the deceased Emrullah Tanka. In the beginning, the company had a closed area of  150 sqm. Although it was a small company in the beginning, thanks to importance given to  quality and determination of succeeding in hard things, the company has became well-known in moulding market. 

Our company which was specialized in cast iron and aluminium moulding in the first years, then  turned towards to specialization in manufacturing beam covers. While manufacturing beams , the company  served  to leading textile companies in Turkey such as Mensucat Santral, Bozkurt, Akfil, Akın Tekstil, Bahariye Mensucat, Kartaltepe Mensucat, Aksu, Altuna Tekstil. Our company had also provided beam covers for beam manufacturer companies in Turkey for a period of ten years.

As the negative situation ,which effects the textile industry of Turkey,  appears in Turkish economy, our company has given up providing beam covers for those beam manufacturer companies and started to manufacture beams under his own brand. So that textile industrialists have find an oppurtinity buy high quality beams for a cheaper prices.

The principles of our company has been “high quality, perfect service for a reasonable price” and this will continue.
